  • Bacon (cut into medium cubes)100 g
  • Cream cheese4 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract2 tablespoon

  • Chopped bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Water600 ml
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Chopped Mozzarella100 g
  • Minced green smell1 to taste
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan put 500 ml of water to boil. Add oil and a teaspoon of salt, add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until aldente (drain and set aside)
  2. Slice the bacon and fry (set aside) In the same pan that you fried the bacon Also fry the pepperoni
  3. After 3 minutes add the seasonings, onion, pepper, black pepper, tomato paste
  4. Sauté for 4 minutes, add a little water, the curd mix well
  5. Add the pasta, mix everything, adjust the salt, if necessary add a little more water
