- Macaroni1 kg
- Tomato sauce400 g
- Cold water4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chopped ham200 g
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Sour cream250 g
- Onion to taste
- Parsley and green smell to taste
- Pepperoni sausage to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Oil to taste
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Fry the sausage and bacon. Drain the oil and stir in the onion (and other seasonings if desired). Add tomato sauce, water and salt. Bring to a boil and add the pasta. Cover the pan and let it cook.
- Add the cream, curd, ham, mozzarella and lastly the green onion and chives. Mix everything over low heat until the cheese melts. Serve immediately
