- Mix the coconut and milk and let it hydrate for approximately 20 minutes. Beat the eggs, condensed milk and powdered milk in a blender for 5 minutes. Mix the hydrated coconut in the milk and the yeast and beat quickly just to mix. Take it to the oven in a greased and floured shape for approximately 45 minutes on low heat. If you prefer, let it cool and unmold. It's super creamy and moist.
