  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Olive to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green smell or parsley to taste
  • Cream cheese to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breast to your liking (seasonings), shred and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the oil and garlic, then sauté the onion well and then put the tomato, let it sauté well until it melts at the point of porridge.
  3. Add the already shredded chicken to this stew and mix well, add the green corn, the olives, the green smell. Reserve.
  4. In the blender, beat the eggs, olive oil, milk, cheese, a pinch of salt and gradually add the wheat flour and finally the yeast.
  5. Grease a baking sheet and place half of the dough, then the stuffing, spoonfuls of cream cheese and finally the rest of the dough and finish with the cheese and olives.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.
