  • Half shredded chicken breast500 g
  1. PASTA: ▪︎Put everything in the blender, starting with the liquids: Oil, eggs, and milk, then put the grated cheese and cornstarch, hit for two minutes. Finally, add the wheat flour and beat again for 3 minutes, put the baking powder and stir with a spoon to incorporate into the dough, set aside.
  2. FILLING: ▪︎ Season the chicken to your liking, but with a little sauce, don't let it dry too much, so it makes it easier to spread. If you want you can add corn or olives.
  3. MOUNTING: ▪︎In a greased shape, put half the dough and let it spread well, then put the stuffing, the cup of cottage cheese, and finally the rest of the dough, take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, always looking and doing the toothpick test • READY!•
