- Tomato extract2 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- I cook the pasta and reserve a cup of water for the sauce.
- Over low heat, carefully sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add the tomato paste and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the cream, the cooking water, the butter and the spices
- Add the macaroni and grated Parmesan cheese and cook for another 2 minutes.
