- Whole milk200 ml
- Margarine2 dessert spoon
- Wheat flour (full spoon)1 tablespoon
- Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste
- Sour cream100 g
- In the blender, beat 200 mls of milk with the corn
- In a high skillet and over low heat, melt the butter, add the onion, stirring until golden.
- Add the flour and stir vigorously, add the corn beaten with milk, salt and pepper and stir over low heat until the ingredients are incorporated, approximately 7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add 100 grams of cream, stir gently to finish. Great option to accompany meat and chicken.
