  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, cream, sugar, yeast, lemon zest and mix.
  2. Add the flour little by little and mix well.
  3. Then throw the dough on a bench and knead well until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  4. Take a piece of dough and roll the dough. If you can, then you're done.
  5. Now take small portions of the dough, roll and cut into small pieces.
  6. Place in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 200° and let it bake until they are firm. You can make it whiter or more golden, it depends on your taste.
  7. If you use the same mold more than once, you don't need to grease it again.
