- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Cream (can be industrialized)200 g
- warm milk1.1/2 cup
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Beat the egg well with the sugar and salt.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients (except the wheat) and mix well..
- Then just add the wheat little by little until it comes off of your hands.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
- After doubling in size, shape the breads as you prefer and take them to rest again in the form that will bake the breads.
- Once it has doubled in size again, bake over medium heat until golden.
