Cornmeal1 cup
Water150 ml
Mozzarella Cheese1 to taste

Add water little by little, you have to form a dough that when squeezing has to be firm.
Place a layer of cornmeal in the couscous pan and a layer of cheese, the last layer has to be cornmeal.
Let it cook for approximately 20/30min.
