  • Pepper1/4 unit(s)
  • Salt (shallow)1 tablespoon
  • Large onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Large garlic1 unit(s)
  • Sausages3 unit(s)
  • Salami1/2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Oil (optional)1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, place the couscous mass together with the salt and water and mix until moist (not wet, moist!) home smell like couscous.
  2. Take the onion, pepper, garlic, salami and sausage and cut it, put it in a frying pan to sauté, you can sauté it with butter or oil.
  3. When the couscous is ready, put it in a bowl and mix it with the butter (TIP: If it gets too dry, add a little water from the couscous pan, even mixing it with the butter in the couscous.) Now you can put the sautéed and mix and it's ready. Now it's just a case of popping.
  4. Detail: I made it with half of a 500g pack, in this case 250g and I think you can do the same with the whole pack.
