- Shredded beef jerky500 g
- Curd cheese200 g
- Tomato sauce400 g
- Fried plantains2 unit(s)

- In a refractory add the tomato sauce, add the pre-cooked pasta. Then sauté the salted meat with golden onions and garlic.
- Add the shredded meat on top, place the fried plantain in slices, cover with the table interspersing.
- Add more tomato sauce and put the curd cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the cheese comes out au gratin.
