Corn Starch (Maizena)

No liquidificador coloque a maizena, leite, ovo e o sal

In the blender place the cornstarch, milk, egg and salt.

Esquente a frigideira antiaderente ou normal untada com manteiga

Heat the non-stick or normal skillet greased with butter

Despeje uma concha por toda a frigideira e doure os dois lados.

Pour a ladle over the entire pan and brown both sides.

Retire da frigideira e recheio a gosto.
Carne moída, queijo, presunto, calabresa, frango etc.


Remove from skillet and stuffing to taste.
Ground beef, cheese, ham, pepperoni, chicken etc.


Enrole e se desejar, finalize com molho por cima e queijo parmesão 

Roll up and if desired, finish with sauce on top and Parmesan cheese.
