220g one and a half cups of sugar.

700ml three and a half cups of water or milk

Eggs

Three tablespoons of butter or 06g of oil

Royal Powder 10g

Wheat Bran 20g

Wheat Flour 45g

Salt a pinch

Cornmeal creamy cake

Colocar  no liquidificador  primeiramente os líquidos e as farinhas 
Bater o restante dos ingredientes      e colocar em uma forma   untado e pouvilhado  assar 

Put the liquids and flours in the blender first.
Beat the rest of the ingredients and put it in a greased and sprinkled baking form.
