  • Milk300 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour01 cup
  • Cornmeal01 cup
  • Baking powder (royal powder)01 tablespoon
  • Fennel to taste
  1. Before starting the dough, turn on the oven to heat for 10 minutes at 200°, while you prepare the dough.
  2. Now, put all the ingredients in the blender, except the fennel and the royal powder.
  3. Whisk everything until well blended.
  4. With the blender off, add the fennel and royal powder and mix well.
  5. Place in a greased and floured form.
  6. Now take it to the preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
