  • Natural yogurt2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cornmeal or milia8 tablespoon
  • Corn (or canned corn)1 cup
  1. Place the eggs, yogurt and corn in the blender.
  2. After beating for a few minutes, add the cornmeal, olive oil and half the sugar.
  3. Beat until homogenized and add the rest of the sugar.
  4. Grease and flour a cake tin, place the dough, and then bake.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes or test with a toothpick.
  6. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit, unmold and serve.
