- Vegetable oil1/4 cup
- Green corn without the water1/2 can(s)
- Skimmed milk1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Almond flour1/2 kg
- Place in a blender or mixer to beat the skimmed milk and corn for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid through a sieve and add 1 cup
- Place in a bowl and add the other ingredients, except for the almond flour, which should be added little by little until it starts to knead.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Model and pass the cornmeal
- Let rise again for another 10 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
