  • Vegetable oil1/4 cup
  • Green corn without the water1/2 can(s)
  • Skimmed milk1/2 cup
  • Demerara sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast5 g
  • Almond flour1/2 kg
  1. Place in a blender or mixer to beat the skimmed milk and corn for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the liquid through a sieve and add 1 cup
  3. Place in a bowl and add the other ingredients, except for the almond flour, which should be added little by little until it starts to knead.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Model and pass the cornmeal
  6. Let rise again for another 10 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
