Milk1 cup
Wheat flour1 cup
Salt to taste
Ground beef300 g
Seasonings to taste
Mozzarella Cheese100 g
Sour Cream1/2 can(s)

In the blender add the egg, oil, wheat and beat a little.
Then add the flour, milk and salt and beat until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Take a frying pan, grease it with butter and put small potions of the dough in thin layers.
Repeat the process until the dough runs out.
With the ground meat already seasoned and cooked to your liking, take the discs of dough and assemble the pancakes.
Use a plate or meat board to make your job easier.
Place the disc of dough on the board, add the ground beef to the center and then close the dough by pulling the sides towards the middle.
In the skillet add the cream and mozzarella, wait until the cheese melts and join the cream and your sauce is ready.
Place the pancakes on a rectangular baking sheet and add the sauce on top.
Bake at 180° for 15 min.
