- 6 cups (tea) of water 1 pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of butter 2 cups (tea) of cornmeal 1 Box of NESTLÉ® Light Cream 2 sachets of MAGGI® MY SEGREDO® Cheiro Verde 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese2 cup
- Preparation mode In a pan, heat the water with the salt. Add the butter and add the cornmeal, little by little, stirring constantly, so as not to create lumps until it boils. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, add the MAGGI MY SEGREDO Cheiro Verde, the NESTLÉ Light Milk Cream and mix well. Place the polenta in a heatproof container. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
