- For a very colorful and tasty rice, start by sautéing the garlic in the oil
- Then add the vegetable selection with the peppers, sauté a little more
- Add the rice and sauté a little more, add the seasoning, salt and saffron
- Cover the rice with water three fingers above. Let the rice saute over medium heat without covering it, when the water dries, lower the heat and cover the pan, letting it cook for another five minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes, drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
- You can add raisins if you want.
