- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Place the oil, onion and garlic in a pan, bring to a boil and fry well.
- Add the rice, give it another fry and add enough water for cooking. Cover and let it cook on low heat.
- When the water starts to dry, add the carrots, green beans, peas and corn and season with salt. Cover and cook until rice and vegetables are tender.
- Once ready, mix the butter, break the egg and stir very quickly with a fork so that the egg cooks with the heat of the rice.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve
