  • Warm water2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Fresh Organic Yeast60 g
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • For the stuffing I used bologna, mozzarella, tomato, oregano, onion, peppers and olives. Mix everything very well and set aside. to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the water, oil, sugar, salt and yeast and mix well.
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour, the dough cannot be hard.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 or 3 equal parts.
  4. Roll out the dough with a square-shaped rolling pin, fill it and roll it up like a roulade.
  5. Cut into slices and arrange on a baking sheet greased with margarine and flour.
  6. Brush with the help of an egg yolk brush until golden.
  7. Let rise for 30/40 minutes and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese or sesame and bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Remove and enjoy without moderation, hmmm 😋
