Cold Bread

Dissolva o fermento biológico com o açúcar e a água morna. Deixe descansar por 15 minutos. Após acrescente o óleo e vá colocando a farinha aos poucos. Sove bem e deixe a massa crescer por mais ou menos 1 hr.

Dissolve the yeast with the sugar and warm water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Then add the oil and gradually add the flour. Knead well and let the dough rise for about 1 hr.

Abra a massa com um rolo,recheio com a mussarela e o presunto, enrole a massa e corte as fatias,picele com a gema e leve para assar em forno pré aquecido por volta de 35 minutos 

Open the dough with a rolling pin, stuffing with the mozzarella and ham, roll the dough and cut the slices, pickle with the yolk and bake in a preheated oven for around 35 minutes.
