- Warm water400 ml
- Oil100 ml
- Wheat flour700 g

- Mozzarella400 g
- Ham400 g
- Dissolve the yeast with the sugar and warm water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Then add the oil and gradually add the flour. Knead well and let the dough rise for about 1 hr.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, stuffing with the mozzarella and ham, roll the dough and cut the slices, pickle with the yolk and bake in a preheated oven for around 35 minutes.
