- Cod, desalted and shredded400 g
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Small red pepper1 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- milk1 l
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Fresh pasta for lasagna500 g
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- In a hot skillet with a thread of olive oil, brown the onion, add the cod, pepper and tomato and sauté. Finish with green smell.
- In a pan, brown the wheat flour in the butter and add the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- In a refractory that can go in the oven, place a layer of white sauce, then the lasagna pasta, the cod filling and the mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers until the refractory is complete.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
