  • Cod, desalted and shredded400 g
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Small red pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • milk1 l
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Fresh pasta for lasagna500 g
  • Mozzarella cheese300 g
  1. In a hot skillet with a thread of olive oil, brown the onion, add the cod, pepper and tomato and sauté. Finish with green smell.
  2. In a pan, brown the wheat flour in the butter and add the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. In a refractory that can go in the oven, place a layer of white sauce, then the lasagna pasta, the cod filling and the mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers until the refractory is complete.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
