- Chopped parsley to taste

- Table flour2 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Desalt the cod, cook and shred. Set aside to cool, cook the potatoes and mash them, puree them and wait for them to cool
- Then mix the puree with the shredded cod add the parsley, chives, garlic, olive oil and breadcrumbs and mix well
- Taste the salt then make the balls and fry in very hot oil, on a plate line with paper towel and pour the fried balls
