Eggs3 unit(s)
Sugar2 cup
Margarine3 tablespoon
Wheat flour3 cup
Milk2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
For syrup (condensed milk)1 to taste
Fresh or dried coconut1 to taste

In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
In a mixer, beat the yolks with the sugar and butter until creamy.
Whisking constantly, add the flour and milk until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the snow whites and the baking powder, mixing gently with the help of a spoon.
Place on a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
FOR COVERAGE
After removing the cake from the oven, unmold throw the condensed milk and coconut on top to taste.
