Small shredded chicken breast already seasoned to your liking and cooked

COCKROACH ESCONDIDINHO WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE

Em uma panela, leve para cozinhar as batatas cortadas e sem casca . 

In a pan, cook the potatoes, cut and without skin.

Assim que estiverem cozidas  escorra bem a água e amasse-as, acrescentando 01 colher de sopa de manteiga, misturando bem até ficar uma massa homogênea. Reserve! 


As soon as they are cooked, drain the water well and knead them, adding 01 tablespoon of butter, mixing well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Reserve!


Em seguida com o peito de frango já temperadinho, cozido e desfiado, refogue-o numa panela com 1colher de sopa de azeite extra-virgem , tomate, pimentão, salsa, sal,  orégano e cebolinha a gosto.Está feito o recheio.Reserve!

Agora em um refratário, vamos montar o escondidinho.

Primeiro coloque a massa da batata depois o recheio de frango com pedacinhos de queijo e por cima coloque novamente a camada da massa da batata e cubra com a mussarela ralada .Salpique um pouquinho de orégano!

Pronto agora é só levar para gratinar por uns 15 a 20 minutinhos e saborear essa maravilha!
