  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Organic Dry Yeast20 g
  • Oil60 ml
  1. In a large bowl, place the water, sugar, yeast and beat until the yeast dissolves.
  2. Add oil, egg, salt and mix everything
  3. Add the flour little by little until the dough does not stick to your hands.
  4. Let it rest for half an hour
  5. Make small balls with the dough
  6. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a round shape.
  7. Add the filling of your choice in the center of the open dough.
  8. Take one side of the dough and pull halfway to close.
  9. Do the same on the other side
  10. The bottom part that is left over, you pull over the other two
  11. Let it rest for another half hour
  12. Brush a gem on top
  13. Bake in the preheated oven for another 30 minutes.
