Classic Fettuccine Alfredo and Shrimp and Cheese Sauce

  • Grano Durum Fettuccine Pasta500 g
  • Parmesan cheese250 g
  • Camembert Cheese200 g
  • Gouda Cheese150 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Pre-cooked prawns size M800 g
  • unsalted butter200 g
  • Chives1/2 cup
  • Garlic Clove04 unit(s)
  1. For the classic Fettuccine Alfredo: bring 5 liters of water to a boil with salt. “Sea water” point
  2. When the pasta is al dente, remove and place directly in the glass bowl (bowl) with the butter cut into cubes.
  3. Add the finely grated Parmesan cheese, stirring gently to incorporate. You can add some of the pasta water to emulsify the mixture.
  4. Shrimp and cheese sauce: Saute the garlic in a tablespoon of butter and then add the shrimp until reaching the ideal point.
  5. Add 01 box of cream and stir gently.
  6. Add the Camembert cheese mass and the finely grated Gouda cheese. Mix the ingredients well until it starts to boil.
  7. Add chives to taste.
  8. Then prepare the dish.
  9. Important note: start this recipe with the sauce. Fettuccine is prepared just before serving the table.
