  • warm milk1 cup
  • Refined sugar1 cup
  • Butter at room temperature1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon

  1. Pasta: Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Mix the flour with the sugar and place on a smooth surface. Make a well and add the butter and eggs. Outside the cavity, put the salt. Add the milk to the cavity and mix with the flour, beating until a smooth dough is formed. Grease the dough with butter and place in a bowl to rise. Leave in a warmer corner of the kitchen for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a floured surface until it forms a rectangle about 40x30cm and 1 cm high. With a spatula, spread the rest of the butter on the surface of the dough and cover with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pass the roll over to secure it well. Roll the dough into a large rolling pin. Cut into 3-inch thick slices. Place in a pan lined with parchment paper, spaced apart. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes, covered with a damp cloth. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden.
  2. Roof: For the Topping: Beat the ingredients in a mixer or with a whisk until fluffy. Once the rolls are ready, spread generously over each one.
