Separe as claras e as gemas. Bata as claras em ponto de neve e reserve

Pasta :
Separate the whites and yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff and set aside

Na batedeira ou na mão, bata as gemas com o açúcar e o óleo, até que fique bem misturado.



In a stand mixer or by hand, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and oil until well blended.



Acrescente a farinha de trigo, peneirada, e vá intercalando com a água, misture muito bem.

Adicione as claras em neve e, por fim, o fermento em pó. Coloque a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno aquecido a 180º, por uns 45 min
