wheat flour140 g
chemical yeast1 teaspoon
softened butter125 g
brown sugar135 g
100% cocoa35 g
vanilla (essence or flavor paste)1 coffee spoon
large egg1 unit(s)
Fractionated semisweet chocolate chips (drops)125 g

Add all ingredients into a bowl or large basin;
Mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass;
Grease a mold with butter or mold release agent;
Place the dough by spoonfuls, leaving space between them;
Take to preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 12 minutes;
Remove the cookies from the oven and remove them from the mold to cool on a wire rack;
Let them cool completely.
