- Coffee (coffee)1 cup
- Wheat flour (no yeast)2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- 50% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Milk or semisweet chocolate bar100 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Mass: in a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, coffee and chocolate, after beaten, mix everything in a bowl with the flour and yeast.
- Put the dough in a shape, bake in a preheated oven at 200°c for 40 minutes or until, sticking a toothpick, it comes out dry. Let cool, unmold and set aside.
- Coverage: melt in the microwave every 30 seconds or (in a bain-marie) the chocolate bar plus the cream until completely dissolved and place the cover on top.
