- Ramen noodles500 g
- Yellow and red bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Diced chicken500 g
- Broccoli1/2 cup
- Carrot1/2 cup
- Shoyu1/2 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- In the pan, take the chicken in cubes to braise! At the moment we are not going to season anything because of the soy sauce at the end of the day, consider it necessary to adjust the seasonings
- While the chicken is sauteing, steam the vegetables and cook the pasta in boiling salted water
- With the chicken already braised, add the bell pepper cut into cubes, and the already cooked broccoli and carrot vegetables
- Add the already cooked pasta along with the other ingredients.
- For the sauce, mix the soy sauce and cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water and pour it into the pan, let it cook until a very dense sauce forms and serve.
