- Half chicken breast1/2 unit(s)
- Cheese of your choice1 to taste
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Olive (optional)1 to taste
- Season the chicken with the vegetables to taste (garlic, onion, cilantro). Fry the chicken and set aside.
- Cook the potatoes until softened and puree.
- Grease the mold with margarine so it doesn't stick and make the first layer with the puree.
- After putting the puree add the chicken and cheese on top
- Then close with the rest of the puree put the rest of the cheese. Grated cheese and olives. Bake in the oven until the cheese is browned and it's ready.
