- On a grill, add the charcoal and roast the chicken on the highest part, so that it cooks slowly and doesn't get raw. Bake until golden and set aside.
- In a pan, add the polenta, hot water (follow manufacturer's quantities), chicken stock and butter.
- Mix well until it becomes a homogeneous and thick mixture.
- Add salt and cheese and stir with the help of a fouet. It is important to stir well so that the ingredients mix.
- To serve, use a shallow dish, add the polenta and the chicken.
