- pastry dough500 g
- chicken breast1 kg
- cottage cheese400 g
- sour cream4 can(s)
- mozzarella1 to taste
- tomato1 to taste
- cilantro1 to taste
- cook the chicken shred and season to your liking. Let cool.
- make a sauce with the cream and the curd, season to taste.
- open the pastry dough, and spread the chicken and mozzarella, and roll the size you want.
- once done and already cut, grease a mold or platter and place the rondelle rolls.
- pour the white sauce, cover with mozzarella and take it to the oven to cook / au gratin.
