- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Bay leaf to taste

- Parsley to taste
- In the pressure cooker, cook the chicken breast with the seasonings for approximately 15 minutes. Then shred the chicken as usual.
- If you prefer, you can sauté the chicken with onion, garlic, parsley and the coloral. Once ready, let it cool down a bit and assemble the pastries. In the dough add a portion of chicken and a portion of catupiry then just close the dough. And fry.
