- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Butter250 g
- Shredded Boiled Chicken1 kg
- Sour cream200 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
- Corn and Peas1 can(s)
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- In a bowl mix the flour and egg, then add the butter and mix. Until the dough is homogeneous and ungluing from the hand. Reserve.
- In a pan over low heat, sauté the onion, garlic with 1 tsp of oil. Then add the shredded chicken and chopped tomato.
- As soon as the tomato withers, add the dry seasonings and leave for 3 minutes.
- After that, put the extract, milk cream, mustard and the can of corn and drained peas. Let it boil for 2 minutes and it will be ready.
- Put the dough in the refractory and pour the stuffing, with what's left, make the pie cover, I did it with a heart cutter, but anything you can put pieces or even open the dough in a large size and put it in the refractory of a turn.
- If you prefer brush 1 egg yolk over the dough, take it to the oven preheated to 210°C, for 35 minutes or until golden on top.
