  • Skinless chicken breast500 g
  • Chicken broth1/2 to taste
  • Oil4 teaspoon
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Skinless Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Pea1 cup
  • Dough1 unit(s)
  • Milk250 ml
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
  • grated cheese0 to taste
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  1. Filling
  2. Cook chicken breast in broth until tender.
  3. Separate 1 cup (tea) of broth from the cooking and set aside.
  4. Sauté the other ingredients and add the peas last.
  5. Shred the chicken, mix it with the broth and let it cook until dry.
  6. Pasta
  7. Beat the milk, oil and eggs in a blender on low speed.
  8. Gradually add the flour, salt and yeast
  9. Pour half of the dough into a greased shape and add the stuffing over it.
  10. Cover with the rest of the dough and the grated cheese.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) until golden.
