  • Shredded Chicken800 g
  • Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract90 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Catupiry250 g
  • Chicken broth240 ml
  1. Place the butter and onion in a pan, let it sauté, add the garlic and leave it until it starts to brown.
  2. Add the chicken breast, tomato paste, parsley, salt and black pepper.
  3. Gradually add the chicken broth. And let it cool while you prepare the dough.
  4. For the dough: Place the flour, salt and butter in a bowl and mix with your fingertips.
  5. Lightly beat the egg and add it to the dough. Add the water little by little until you get the point
  6. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and turn it into the shape (I used a 21 cm diameter removable bottom shape)
  7. Adjust the dough with your fingers. Roll out the rest of the dough and cover the whole shape and remove the rest of the dough from the sides
  8. With the remaining dough, cut strips and make a braid. Beat an egg and brush over the whole pie
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
