- Chicken breast500 g
- Chicken broth1/2 l
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
- Pea1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Milk250 ml
- Oil3/4 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Grated Cheese to taste
- Cook the Chicken Breast. Separate 1 Cup of Broth and Reserve.
- Saute the other Ingredients and the Peas Last.
- Shred the chicken, mix it with the broth and let it cook until dry.
- Pasta Preparation Method: Whisk the Milk, Oil and Eggs in the Blender.
- Gradually add the Flour, Salt and Yeast.
- Pour half of the dough into a greased shape and add the stuffing over it.
- Cover with the rest of the dough and the grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) until golden.
