  1. For the filling Take two cloves of crushed garlic and sauté it with the salt. With the garlic already golden, put the shredded chicken and let it sauté until a little fried. After that, put a chopped tomato, a chopped onion, a chopped pepper and the chives and let it sauté. After that, add tomato paste and water, and let it cook.
  2. For mass Take the flour, the two eggs, a crushed garlic clove, chives, salt and mix everything in the blender.
  3. Heat the non-stick skillet already greased with oil or margarine over medium heat. With the help of a ladle, place the dough in the frying pan. Let the dough fry until it loses the wet aspect, after that turn it to brown the other side.
  4. With all the dough already fried, take a shape or platter and assemble the pancake, placing the stuffing in the middle of the dough and rolling it up.
  5. for the sauce Brown 2 cloves of crushed garlic and add a tomato, onion, pepper, chives, salt and paprika to taste.
  6. With the pancake already assembled on a platter, put the sauce on top and the cheese.
  7. With the oven preheated to 180°C, place the pancake and leave it in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
