  • Lasagna Dough (used for pastry)1 unit(s)
  • Tomato and onion.2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Black pepper, salt, olives, oregano and seasonings to taste1 teaspoon
  • Cottage cheese300 g
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Cheese300 g
  • Ham300 g
  1. Start by putting the chicken breast to pressure cook. After cooked, put it in the mixer to shred, done that just sauté it in the garlic, onion, tomato and seasonings to taste... then add a cup of tomato sauce with a cup of water let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. White sauce: mix the cream together with the curd and set aside.
  3. Assembly: put a layer of tomato sauce ready, a layer of pasta, then a layer of chicken, then make a layer of cheese and another of ham. Interleave the layers to the desired point. Finally add a layer with white sauce and cover with cheese and add oregano and bake.
