- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- lasagna noodles200 g
- Cream cheese100 g
- liquid milk200 ml
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander40 g
- Escarole100 g
- Flour100 g
- Water400 ml
- Initially take a pan, filling with flour and margarine, stirring and forming a cream.
- Then add milk and cream, reserving later.
- In another pan, add water and the chicken, to cook, adding the cilantro, salt and pepper to add flavor.
- Then in another pan, place the margarine and the rest of the onions, to brown, and also the cooked chicken and escarole to brown together.
- Take a small glass baking dish and fill it with the sauce you made first. Then cover with a layer of cheese and chicken, doing this alternately to the top, finishing the last layer with curd and cheese on top. Then put it in the oven for 15 minutes and it will be ready to eat.
