- tomato paste1/2 tablespoon
- Glass bottle tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Ketchup3 tablespoon
- Box of Sour Cream3 unit(s)
- grated mozzarella cheese500 g
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Cumin1.5 teaspoon
- Fresh mushrooms for garnish200 g
- Chicken cooking water1.5 cup
- Lasagna pasta as needed3 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cook the chicken in a pan with water, salt, sweet paprika and bay leaves.
- In a mixer, blend the vegetables except the corn.
- Saute vegetables in olive oil until soft.
- Add the shredded chicken, cumin, oregano, corn, salt and black pepper.
- Mix the tomato sauces in the cooking water and add it to the chicken.
- Cover the pan and let it boil for a few minutes.
- To assemble, start with a layer of chicken followed by sour cream then some grated mozzarella cheese and slices of raw pasta.
- Continue this layering sequence until you finish with dough.
- On top of the last layer of dough, spread more cream and cheese.
- Finish by decorating with fresh raw mushrooms.
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place in the oven for approximately 35 minutes or until 3/4 of the liquid has evaporated.
- After 35 minutes, remove the aluminum and leave it a little longer until golden.
