- chicken breast (large) shredded1 unit(s)
- corn without the water1 can(s)
- cheese1 can(s)
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Olive to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Straw potato to taste
- butter, onion, garlic and black pepper for seasoning to taste
- Blend the corn with the cottage cheese and Heavy cream, set aside.
- In a pan, brown a lot of garlic with onion, in butter it is better, add pepper if you like. Then put the shredded chicken, mix and pour the cream from the blender plus the olives, stir over low heat until creamy.
- Transfer to a platter, cover with plenty of mozzarella, then straw potatoes.
- Take it to the oven high until the cheese melts well. Serve it hot
