Wheat Flour

Comece fazendo o frango desfiado para o recheio. Enquanto isso, bata os ovos e o leite no liquidificador.

Start by making the shredded chicken for the stuffing. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and milk in the blender.

Acrescente a Farinha de trigo e o Sal. Bata novamente por alguns minutos.

Add the wheat flour and salt. Beat again for a few minutes.

Unte uma Frigideira ou panela. Coloque uma porção com a colher.(Quanto + Fino,melhor)

Grease a frying pan or pan. Put a portion with the spoon. (The + Thin, the better)

Faça no fogo baixo. Quando dourar, vire e doure o outro lado.

Do it on low heat. When golden, turn and brown the other side.
